Meet Neil Rohrbacker, Owner of Closets to Adore
Meet Neil Rohrbacker
Neil Rohrbacker is the owner of Closets to Adore, serving clients in Connecticut and northern New Jersey with custom closets, garage cabinets, and other home organization solutions. His path to the industry combines an engineering education, a diverse corporate career, and a long-standing interest in home improvement and renovation. Today, he brings that technical and practical background to work designing storage that makes everyday life at home easier.
From Engineering to Home Organization
Neil earned a mechanical engineering degree from Rutgers University and a Master's in Technology Management from Columbia University, then built a corporate career in manufacturing, sales and marketing, and IT system development. Along the way, he worked on everything from the polio vaccine and Calvin Klein fragrances to SpongeBob and Dora consumer products. All these varied roles gave him a well-rounded view of technical, operational, and customer-focused work before he found his way to home organization.
Home Improvement Is Personal for Neil
Long before closets became his career, home improvement was a family affair for Neil. He and his wife survived two major renovations while raising their twin boys, and he can still say he's happily married. Living through all of that showed him firsthand how a well-designed space can make everyday routines easier, and he brings that experience to every home his team designs.
